Long term relationships with our suppliers and a network of local, small-tract farming families in South and Central America, Mexico, and the Caribbean allow us to source specific pepper varieties to our exacting specifications and quality standards.

2004
Louisiana Pepper Exchange’s sister company invents and patents a proprietary shipping methodology used to ship bulk pepper mash - dubbed “the Agi-Tank” - and begins to ship pepper mash worldwide for some of the world’s largest hot sauce manufacturers.

2010
The business establishes relationships with small-tract farmers in Mexico and Central and South America, working directly with them to grow specific peppers that meet the company’s specifications. In conjunction with the hot sauce boom, the business begins to inventory and distribute purpose-grown pepper mash to the craft sauce industry.
